Divyanshu is India’s first solo blind paraglider, trekker, mountaineer, scuba diver, marathoner, and first blind pillion cyclist to ride from Manali to Khardung La. Oh, he is also a clinical psychologist, two-time entrepreneur, IT guy, public speaker, and our personal favourite, ABBF’s in-house guinea pig. Swearing by the power of sport to build connections, forge relationships, and catalyse change, with an undying reserve of energy, and arguably more than twenty-four hours in his day, Divyanshu leads ABBF”s work from up front.
Head - Marathons
Tanya’s visiting card reads ‘Head - Marathons’. What it does not tell you is that she is a mistress-of-all-trades at ABBF; juggling everything that has to be done while brainstorming the next zillion plans. Interested in the power of adventure in therapy coupled with experience in collaborative leadership and counselling, she swears by the need for empathy and the magical experience of play. When she isn’t at the eye of the ABBF storm, Tanya can be found enjoying home food, lazing with her pet dog, and plotting her next travel getaway.
Head - Communications & Media
Yashasvini is at heart a prose writer-reader. Her ten years of professional writing experience inform her work at ABBF as she takes care of all things writing, from the errant email to the million other forms of content that are thrown up. Living amidst the Nilgiri hills, she can be found pounding away at her steadfast laptop or extolling the importance of grammar at a rural tribal school in Tamil Nadu. She swears by tea (chai, not green) over coffee, night over morning, and (real) winters over summers.
