Paragliding

Paragliding

Paragliding is a recreational and adventure sports activity that involves a lightweight, free-flying, glider aircraft with no rigid primary structure. The pilot sits in a harness below a fabric wing and can travel anywhere upto many hundreds of kilometres, though much shorter flights are more common.

As an inclusive sport, paragliding offers both solo and tandem opportunities, allowing persons with and without disability the experience of flight like nothing else! Adventures Beyond Barriers Foundation is happy to partner with Templepilots to offer paragliding opportunities to our enthusiasts.

In 2014, our founder Divyanshu Ganatra became the first blind paraglider to complete a solo flight in the country. Check out the promo video here!
